Problem with a VAUXHALL CORSA 1.2L 16v 2004
Timing chain noisy on cold start and fast idle, also noisy around 2,500 rpm when engine up to operating temperature.
The fault was cured by carrying out an extended Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush for an hour and a half.

Problem with a HONDA S2000 2.0L 16v 2002 79k
Vehicle not serviced for last three years and suffering with excessive knocking and ticking noise on the top end, suspect noise due to hydraulic valve lifters or variable valve timing.
After further investigation live data showed that the variable valve timing was sticking due to contamination build-up.

Problem with a MAZDA RX-8 1.3L 2005 61K
Engine non-start due to no compression and contamination in oil due to engine not breathing correctly. Customer was quoted £1000 for a new engine by a Mazda dealer.
The fault was cured by adding 2 x Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush to starting engine and flushing for 5 hours. Oil and filter change was carried out adding another Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush and flushing for a further 2 hours. The oil and filter was then replaced adding Forté Oil System Protector and Forté Oil Fortifier into the new oil.
After treatment it was reported that the engine was starting and running normally and the engine compression was restored.

Excessive blue smoke from exhaust and excessive oil leak on rocker cover gasket. Suspect oil burning due to oil leaking passed valve stem oil seals.

Problem with a MITSUBISHI SHOGUN 3.2L Di-DC 2008 88K
Lack of power, EML and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) warning lights on. Fault codes stored P2413 EGR system performance problem, P1498 DPF overloaded.
The fault was cured by removing and cleaning the EGR valve and inlet manifold, the DPF was also removed pouring Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment into the DPF, soaking overnight then rinsing with hot water and drying with compressed air. The vehicle was then treated using Forté Clean & Protect, 45 minute Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush adding Forté Oil System Protector to the new oil and Forté DPF Cleaner and Regenerator and Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment added to the fuel tank. check showing the Vanos solenoid units not working correctly, suspect vanos sticking.
The fault was cured by carrying out a 1 hour Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush and a 5 mile road test.
The oil and filter was then replaced and live data readings rechecked showing the vanos solenoids
were working correctly and the engine running smoothly.

Problem with an AUDI A3 2.0 TDi 2006 120k
Lack of power and running in limp mode, suspect fault due to build-up in the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Diagnostic check carried out and showing 77% soot loading in the DPF.
The fault was cured by adding Forté DPF Cleaner & Regenerator into the fuel tank and carrying out an extended road test.

Problem with a VAUXHALL ASTRA 1.9 CDTi 2008 90K
Lack of power on acceleration.
The fault was cured by removing and cleaning the EGR valve with Forté Air Intake Cleaner and cleaning the intake system with Forté Diesel I.M.V. Cleaner as per instructions.
Forté Clean & Protect was carried out and Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment was added to the fuel tank.
After treatment an extended road test was carried out and the vehicle performance was restored.

Problem with a VAUXHALL CORSA 1.2 TWINPORT 2004 45K
Lack of power, misfire and engine also burning oil. Management light on and fault codes stored P0300 random/multiple cylinder misfire, P0301, P0303 cylinders 1, 3 misfire, P0171 system to lean. ECU shutting off injectors due to misfire.

Problem with a KIA RIO 1.3L AUTO 2004 68K
Automatic gearbox not changing into second gear and poor gear change, suspect fault due to a sticking solenoid due to contamination build-up.
Automatic transmission fluid replaced but fault was not cured.
The fault was cured by adding 2 x Forté Automatic Transmission Treatments and carrying out a 40-50 mile road test.

Hesitation and lack of power.

Problem with a BMW 316 2002 120K
Erratic idle and blue smoke when engine revved up and on acceleration. Suspect fault due to oil burning from valve stem oil seals and idle control fault.
The fault was cured by carrying out a 1 hour Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush adding Forté Top End Treatment to the new oil.
The customer was contacted a few weeks later and reported that the car was still running smooth and no blue smoke.
