Lack of power due to engine running in limp mode, engine management and DPF warning light on. Fault code stored for DPF blockage, unable to carry out regeneration of DPF due to soot loading.
The fault was cured by removing the DPF to manually clean using Forté DPF Off-Car Cleaner as per instructions, carrying out an extended Forté New Generation Engine Flush and adding Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner and Forté DPF Cleaner & Regenerator into the fuel tank. The vehicle was then taken on an extended road test.

Problem with a HONDA CIVIC 2.2 CTDI
Poor performance, EGR valve sluggish in operation and sticking.

Problem with a FORD FIESTA 1.4L TDCi 2012 41k
Engine management light on, fault code stored for turbocharger boost control performance. Suspect fault due to sticking variable vanes on turbo.
The fault was cured by adding Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner and Forté Diesel Turbo Cleaner into the fuel tank and the customer advised to use premium fuel and run for a week. After a week no further faults appeared and customer reported car was running fine.

Problem with a BMW 120i 2.0L 2005 53k
Excessive blue smoke from exhaust due to engine oil burning.
The
fault was cured by adding 2 x Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush and flushing the
engine for 1 hour and adding Forté Oil Fortifier to the new oil.
