Problem with a SUZUKI GSX KATANA 750cc 1986 60k

Lack of power and high pitched engine vibration. 

The fault was cured by adding Forté MotoPower 1Forté Moto Power 2 into the fuel tank and the owner carrying out a 300-mile trip. The owner reported that the power had improved, the engine was smoother and the engine vibration had stopped.

Problem with a NISSAN QASHQAI 1.5 L DCi 2011 68k

Vehicle non-start due to excessively blocked DPF, engine management light on, fault code stored for glow plug fault. After further investigation there was also a split air intake pipe found. 

The fault was cured by replacing the glow plugs and air intake pipe, removing the DPF and manually cleaning with 2 x Forté DPFOff-Car Cleaner as per instructions, carrying out an extended Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush adding Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner and Forté DPF Cleaner &Regenerator into the fuel tank. The vehicle was then taken on an extended road test with the vehicle running well and full power restored.

Problem with a HONDA CB1300 1.3 L 2004 76k

No running faults but high mileage and old fuel in tank. 

Fuel filter cleaned, and old fuel drained and refilled with fresh fuel adding Forté Moto Power 1Forté Moto Power 2 into the fuel tank and carrying out an extended road test. After the road test the owner reported that the engine was running smoother.

Problem with a FORD FIESTA 1.4 L TDCi 2010 55k

Failing emissions test 7.4 m-1. MOT default limit 1.5 m-1, vehicle plate value 1.1 m-1. 

The fault was cured by replacing the air and fuel filters, carrying out an extended Forté Advanced FormulaMotor Flush adding Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner and Forté Diesel Turbo Cleaner into the tank. The vehicle then had a 20-mile road test, emissions retested and passed at 0.9 m-1.

Problem with a BMW 750 5.0 L 2007 88k

Excessive oil burning and smoking on idle, burning 1 litre of oil every 3-400 miles. Suspect fault due to bore lacquering and sticking piston rings. 

The fault was cured by adding 2 x Forté NewGeneration Engine Flush and the owner driving for 500 miles. The oil and filter was then replaced, adding 2 x Forté Oil Fortifier into the new oil. After 1500 miles the owner reported the smoke had stopped, the engine had not used any oil and he was very happy with the result.

Problem with a ROVER 45 2.0D 90K

Failed emissions test at 3.89m-1 plate value 1.03m-1.

Emissions reduced by carrying out a Forté Power-Clean Diesel Injection Clean, Forté Diesel Intake Clean and cleaning through the intercooler manually with Forté Valve Cleaner.

Passing the emissions test at 0.58m-1.
