Problem with a 4 SERIES TRACTOR UNIT 2000

Oil cooler failure prior to a complete engine change; engine and oil cooler replaced. Oil residue in cooling system. The fault was cured by adding 3 bottles of Forté Bio Degreaser into the cooling system with a cooling system capacity of 40 litres. The vehicle was then run at fast idle for 20 minutes at operating temperature and taken for a 20 mile road test. The cooling system was drained and refilled with fresh coolant. The customer reported a week later that they were happy, vehicle had never run so well and the oil residue had gone.

Oil cooler replaced 12 months ago due to failure, customer complained of oil residue still present in header tank. The fault was cured by adding 5 bottles of Forté Bio Degreaser into the cooling system with a cooling system capacity of 60-70 litres. The vehicle was then run at fast idle for 20 minutes at operating temperature and taken for a 20 mile road test. The cooling system was drained and refilled with fresh coolant. The customer reported 3 weeks later that they were happy with the results and the header tank was clean.

Problem with PLAXTON-BODIED COACH 2011

Oil residue in the coolant, even after numerous attempts of flushing the system subsequent to an oil cooler failure. The fault was cured by adding 7 bottles of Forté Bio Degreaser into the cooling system with an estimated cooling system capacity of 70 litres. The vehicle was then run at fast idle. After cleaning, the cooling system was drained and refilled with fresh coolant. The customer reports the vehicle is running fine with no problems or overheating and all coolant is running clear.
