Problem with a FORD FIESTA 1.4L TDCi 2012 41k
Engine management light on and fault code stored for turbocharger boost control performance. Suspect fault due to sticking variable vanes on turbo.
The fault was cured by adding Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner and Forté Diesel Turbo Cleaner into the fuel tank and the customer advised to run for a week using premium fuel.
After a week the customer reported there were no further faults and the car was running fine.

Problem with a BMW 530d 3.0L 2006 148k
Lack of power due to engine running in limp mode, engine management and DPF warning light on. Fault code stored for DPF blockage, unable to carry out regeneration of DPF due to soot loading.
The fault was cured by removing the DPF to manually clean using Forté DPF Off-Car Cleaner as per instructions, carrying out an extended Forté New Generation Engine Flush and adding Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner and Forté DPF Cleaner & Regenerator into the fuel tank. The vehicle was then taken on an extended road test.

Problem with a CITROËN C5 1.6 HDi 2005 70k
Lack of power, black smoke and heavy soot build-up around turbo with a risk of DPF blockage.
The fault was cured by cleaning the intake system with Forté Diesel Intake Cleaner as per instructions, extended Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush carried out and Forté DPF Cleaner & Regenerator and Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment added into the fuel tank.
The fault codes were removed and the car was then taken for a 30 minute road test.

Problem with a VAUXHALL ASTRA 1.4 16v Twinport 2006 89k
Excessive noise from hydraulic valve lifters and timing chain noisy.
Suspect fault due to heavily contaminated oil from lack of servicing.
The fault was cured by adding Forté New Generation Engine Flush and flushing the engine for 2 ½ hours and adding Forté Top End Treatment and Forté Oil System Protector to the new oil.
The vehicle was taken on an extended road test, the engine noise had gone and the customer was very impressed with the results.
