Lack of power and engine management light on; fault code stored for turbo over-boost condition. Suspect fault due to sticking variable vanes on turbo.
The fault was cured by adding Diesel Turbo Cleaner and Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment into the fuel tank. The car was road tested by the customer who reported a few days later the fault was cured and lack of power restored.

Problem with a TOYOTA CELICA 1.8L VVTi 1999

Excessive oil burning, 2 litres every 1,000 miles. Suspect oil burning due to bore lacquering and sticking piston rings.
The fault was cured by using Clean & Protect (45 minute Advanced Formula Motor Flush adding Oil System Protector to the new oil), Advanced Formula Gas Treatment to the fuel tank and carrying out an extended road test.

Problem with a SEAT LEON 2.0L TDi 2006

Lack of power, engine management light on and DPF warning light on. Suspect particulate filter blocked.
The fault was cured by adding 2 x DPF Cleaner and Regenerator into the fuel tank and carrying out a 20 mile road test to allow regeneration of the particulate filter. It is also recommended to use Clean & Protect (Oil System Protector and Advanced Formula Motor Flush) to clean and maintain the oil system, and adding Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment to the fuel tank to clean and lubricate the fuel system.

Problem with a NISSAN QASHQAI 2007
NISSAN QASHQAI 2007
No heat output from heater, suspect heater matrix blocked. Quoted £700 by local Nissan dealers to replace heater matrix.
The fault was cured by removing the coolant pipes to the matrix and adding Cooling System Flush neat into the heater matrix and soaking overnight. After refilling the cooling system with fresh coolant the heater output was restored.

Problem with a AUDI A3 1.9L TDi 2009

Lack of power and engine management light on; fault code stored for camshaft sensor fault. Further investigation revealed a worn camshaft and hydraulic valve lifters which were replaced. After the engine repair, engine would not rev up. Suspect fault due to a blocked DPF.
The fault was cured by removing the DPF and pouring Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment into the Diesel Particulate Filter, soaking overnight then rinsing with hot water and drying with compressed air. The vehicle was then treated by adding DPF Cleaner and Regenerator and Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment into the fuel tank and carrying out an extended road test to allow regeneration of the particulate filter.

Poor running and will not rev up over 2000 rpm. Suspect fault due to contamination build-up in throttle body.
The fault was cured by removing the throttle body and cleaning with Air Intake Cleaner and resetting the parameters, after refitting the vehicle performance was restored.

Lack of power, engine management light on and DPF warning light on, fault code stored for DPF fault. Vehicle check at dealers showing the DPF filter soot loading 126%, recommending a new DPF is fitted.
The fault was cured by adding 2 x DPF Cleaner and Regenerator into the fuel tank and carrying out a 20-30 mile road test at 50-60 mph 2,500 rpm. After the road test the DPF was rechecked showing the filter soot loading at 18% and lack of power restored.
