Problem with a TOYOTA COROLLA 2.0L D4-D 2008 155K

Very poor starting, slight misfire from cold and excessive smoke until engine gets hot. Suspect fault due to contaminated injectors.

The fault was cured by adding Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner into the fuel tank and carrying out an extended road test. The customer returned two days later stating the car was now starting as normal with no smoking and the misfire had gone.

Problem with a FIAT DUCATO 2.2 L HDI 2007 97K

Misfiring under load and loss of power, various fault codes stored for injector faults.

The fault was cured by adding 2 x Forté Diesel SpecialistInjector Cleaner into the tank, running the engine on idle for 30 minutes and carrying out an extended road test.

After the road test the misfire was cured, and the power was restored.

The owner also reported 2 weeks later that the van had never run so well.

Problem with a BMW 318i 2011 52k


Failing MOT emissions test on high CO and Lambda readings. 

The fault was cured by adding 2 x Forté Petrol Specialist Injector Cleaner and 2 x Forté Advanced Formula Gas Treatment into the tank and carrying out a 20-mile road test.

Problem with a FORD FOCUS 1.8L Petrol


Surging and erratic idle, vehicle had been taken to other garages but fault not cured. Suspect fault
due to contamination build-up in the intake system. 

The fault was cured by cleaning the intake system using the Forté Power-Clean Diesel Intake Cleaner and carrying out an extended road test.

Problem with a BMW 120i 2.0L 2005 53k


Excessive blue smoke from exhaust due to engine oil burning. 

The fault was cured by adding 2 x Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush and flushing the engine for one hour and adding Forté Oil Fortifier to the new oil.
