Problem with a MINI 1.6L 2003 50K
Erratic idle, suspect fault due to dirty injectors. The fault was cured adding Forté Specialist Injector Cleaner to the fuel tank and carrying out a long road test.
Forté's Technical Helpline receives over 300 calls per month. This blog shares solutions for garage workshops on common driveability concerns that can be quickly and effectively treated. The vast majority of those identified are caused by fuel and oil borne contamination formed by natural degradation or via the combustion process. This is a fact of life for internal combustion engines where fossil fuels and oils are used.

Problem with P114 HOOK LOADER 11000cc
Oil cooler replaced, oil residue in cooling system after oil cooler failure. The fault was cured by adding 5 bottles of Forté Bio Degreaser into the cooling system with a cooling system capacity of 50 litres.
The vehicle was then run at fast idle for 30 minutes at operating temperature and the cooling system drained and refilled with fresh coolant.
