Failed diesel emissions test due to excessive black smoke. No fault codes stored or faults found.
The fault was cured by carrying out an extended Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush, adding 2 x Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment and Forté Diesel Turbo Cleaner into the fuel tank and carrying out a 30 mile road test.
After the road test the black smoking was cured and emissions retest passed.

Problem with a BMW E90 320i 2.0L 6Cyl 2008 101k
Engine management light on, fault code stored for catalytic converter fault.
The fault was cured by adding Forté Petrol Saver and Forté Specialist Injector Cleaner into the fuel tank, running the engine on idle for 30 minutes and carrying out a 20 mile road test.
After the road test the engine management light remained off with no fault codes stored.

Problem with a Vauxhall Vectra
Lack of power and engine management light on. Suspect fault due to variable valve timing (VVT) sticking.
The fault was cured by removing and cleaning the VVT solenoids and carrying out a 45 minute Forté New Generation Engine Flush adding Forté Top End Treatment to the new oil and Forté Advanced Formula Gas Treatment to the fuel tank.
