Top end noisy after engine rebuild, suspect fault due to sticking hydraulic valve lifters.
The fault was cured by adding Forté Top End Treatment, after 5 minutes running the engine the noise had completely stopped.

Problem with a FORD TRANSIT 2.2 L TDCi 2012 96k
Engine not running due to excessively blocked Diesel Particulate Filter. EML on and fault codes stored for glow plugs and EGR valve faults.
The fault was cured by fitting new glow plugs and a EGR valve, removing the DPF and manually cleaning with Forté DPF Off-Car Cleaner as per instructions, carrying out an extended Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush and adding Forté DPF Cleaner & Regenerator into the fuel tank. The vehicle was then taken on an extended road test with the vehicle performance restored.

The fault was cured by adding Forté Advanced FormulaDiesel Treatment into the fuel tank and carrying out an extended road test.
Emissions retested and passed at 0.8m-1.

management light on, fault code stored P0400 exhaust gas recirculation flow.
The fault was cured by adding Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment, after carrying
out a 30 mile road test the management light went off.

The fault was cured by adding half a bottle of Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment into the fuel filter and the rest into the
fuel tank and carrying out a 10 mile road test. Emissions retested and passed.
