Problem with a TOYOTA AVENSIS 2.0L D-4D 2007

Car in for routine service with no running faults.
Diesel Turbo Cleaner and Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment added to the fuel tank and Advanced Formula Motor Flush carried out. After the service the owner reported that the vehicle performance had improved and there was an increase of 5 mpg.

Poor starting when hot or cold. No fault codes stored. Suspect sticking injectors or piston rings.
The fault was cured by carrying out Clean & Protect; 1 hour Advanced Formula Motor Flush carried out adding Oil System Protector to the new oil and 2 x Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment to the fuel tank and an extended road test.

Problem with a JAGUAR X-TYPE DIESEL 2005
JAGUAR X-TYPE DIESEL 2005 140K
Fault codes P2263 Turbo boost pressure control, P2288 Rail Pressure and P0100 Air mass sensor. Vehicle going into limp home mode.
The EGR valve was removed and cleaned with Air Intake Cleaner. Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment and 2 x Diesel Turbo Cleaner added to the fuel tank and a 25 mile road test carried out. On return the fault was cleared and performance restored.

Engine misfire, lack of power, top end noise and failing emissions test. Engine management light on, fault codes stored for misfire on all cylinders and catalytic converter efficiency.
The fault was cured by using Clean & Protect, adding 2 x Advanced Formula Motor Flush for 45 minutes and adding Oil System Protector to the new oil and Advanced Formula Gas Treatment to the fuel tank.
The customer reported he was very happy and that the car had never driven so well.

The fault was cured by removing and manually cleaning the sump, oil strainer and rocker cover and using Clean & Protect, 45 minute Advanced Formula Motor Flush carried out adding Oil System Protector to the new oil plus Advanced Formula Gas Treatment to the fuel tank.

Non-start due to timing chain jumping from low oil. Timing chain, tensioner, sprockets and guides replaced. No other damage found. Top end noise when running.

Oil cooler failure causing excessive oil contamination in the cooling system.
The fault was cured by replacing the oil cooler and adding 3 x bottles of Bio Degreaser and water to the cooling system, running the engine for 20-30 minutes at operating temperature at 1200-1500 RPM, then draining and flushing the cooling system with clean water.
