Diesel Particulate Filter warning light on and lack
of power, suspect particulate filter blocked. DPF
differential pressure checked, idle 152 mbar, 2,000
rpm 500 mbar, full-throttle 955 bar.
The fault was cured by adding 2 x Forté DPF Cleaner and Regenerator into the fuel tank and carrying out a 20-mile road test, after the road test the DPF differential
pressure was rechecked, idle 21 mbar, 2,000 rpm 100
mbar, full-throttle 165 mbar, the recommended limit is
65 mbar for a clean DPF.
