Lack of power, suspected EGR fault. After further investigation and removing the EGR cooler it was found that
the flap on the EGR cooler had broken off, blocking the EGR cooler.
The fault was cured by fitting a new EGR
cooler. After the repair it is recommended to use Forté Diesel Intake Cleaner as per instructions, carrying out an
extended Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush and adding Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment into the fuel
tank to clean the intake, oil and fuel system.
