The fault was cured by replacing the air and fuel filter, carrying out an
extended Forté Advanced Formula Motor Flush adding Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner and Forté Diesel TurboCleaner into the tank.
The vehicle then had a 20-mile road test, emissions retested and passed at
0.9 m-1.
