The fault was cured by
adding 2 x Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner into the tank, running the engine on idle for thirty minutes and
carrying out an extended road test.
After the road test the misfire was cured and the power was restored. The
owner also reported two weeks later that the van had never run so well.
