EML on and fault code stored for a DPF fault, DPF blockage due to faulty
DPF pressure sensor.
The fault was cured by replacing the DPF pressure
sensor, removing the DPF and manually cleaning with Forté DPF Off-Car Cleaner
as per instructions, carrying out an extended Forté New Generation Engine Flush and adding Forté Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment and Forté DPF Cleaner and Regenerator into the fuel tank. The vehicle was then taken on an
extended road test with the vehicle power and performance restored.
