Engine management light on. Fault code stored for turbocharger boost control performance. Suspect fault due to sticking variable vanes on turbo.
The fault was cured by adding Forté Diesel Turbo Cleaner and Forté Diesel Specialist Injector Cleaner into the fuel tank and the customer was advised to use premium fuel and run for a week.
After a week no further faults appeared and the customer reported car was running fine.
